THE CRYING LADY

Image From Google

I have a daughter that is in grade school and is off for the summer. My husband's grandmother, who I will call Lupe, offered to watch her while we both are at work so we pick her up and she stays the night.

I have seen a few shadows around the house but nothing that had scared me. About 3 weeks ago, Lupe asked my husband if we had gotten in a fight late at night because she saw me walk to the kitchen, sobbing, sat at the table and continued to sob. My husband told her we were asleep upstairs. When I got home, she asked me why I had been crying since she didn't want to ask me then. She told me it was about 3:00 in the morning. Being that my husband gets up at 3:30 am to go to work it wasn't weird to hear. I told her that I didn't get up until 3:40 am to prepare his lunch.

Well, this had left me with an uneasy feeling being that I have been seen shadows around the house. A couple days after that I was trying to fall asleep but couldn't, I felt as if someone was staring at me. As soon as I closed my eyes I saw a older lady's face. She almost had this witch kind of look. She has light skin, big eyes, messy hair. She had a look on her face that I didn't like, an evil grin. I mentioned this to my sister only to find out that my husband saw her as well, described her to me.

I have seen other ghosts or spirits, not sure what they are. Some scare me, some don't, but she does. I can't sleep, I feel her presence all the time and when I'm falling asleep I feel like she messes with me and scares me more. I tell her to leave me alone but I feel her there. I don't know who she is or if she's the same girl Lupe saw. I'm scared to be alone at night after my husband leaves for work and it's taking a toll on me. What do you guys think of this? THE BOY IN THE CAR

It was 8:30 in the morning, we got all up to go grocery shopping and buy supplies for my cousin's birthday. When we were all ready to leave, I was the first to get in the car (2nd hand mitsubishi Pajero) since I don't put on make-up. I was silently enjoying the car music. I didn't notice my aunt going up to the back seat. She claimed she saw a spiky-haired boy beside me looking at the opposite side to where my aunt was. She thought the boy was my youngest cousin, I only notice her saying "Miguel, where's your brother?" I looked at her wondering why she's calling me Miguel (Name: Denice). When the actual Miguel came up to the back seat, my aunt was shocked she saw the real Miguel. Looking back to the back seat where I was, she also got shocked the boy was no longer there.

Even before this happened, there were numerous counts of farts but no one was farting at all. Even if the car was 2nd hand, it was still running at a fine condition. We got scared each time we left on a trip with that car. My father even saw the boy in the back seat through the rear mirror. We were all threatened by this spiky-haired boy. We went on this trip just to bless the car to be protected from evil spirits. It never happened again, we never saw the boy nor notice one of his farting. ( Courtesy: yourghoststories )

HIDE AND SEEK

Image From Google

On this particular night my Aunty and Uncle had come to visit us and along with them were my four cousins from the ages of six to fourteen. My parents were outside on the deck at the back of the house catching up with my Aunty and Uncle, us kids decided that we would play hide and seek in the dark.

One of my cousins was elected to be the "finder" and the rest of us hid. Being my house, I naturally knew the best places and so I chose to hide between a linen cupboard and the wall of our bathroom with the door of the cupboard opened to create an enclosed space for me to hide. I could hear my cousin searching and the sounds were very clear whenever one of them was found, walked passed or talked.

After awhile I still had not been found and I realised that I could not hear them searching. I waited a little longer as I thought it may have been a trick to lure me out. After another ten minutes or so I decided that I will come out. As I was about to push the door open, in my ear I hear a soft giggling and whispering. It was almost like someone was laughing at me for some reason. It felt so close to my ear that I could feel it. I couldn't make out the words but they were saying something and laughing about it softly.

I assumed that it was my cousins on the other side of the cupboard though part of me felt it was something else, and the voice I did not recognise. It was a child's voice and I pushed the door open and walked out into the dark hall to realise that I was the only person in the entire house. At this moment I was quite freaked out and ran as fast as I could outside to where my parents were entertaining on the deck. As I got to them I could see that everyone was there and one of my cousins mentioned that they gave up searching a long time ago. I was speechless.

All I know is that there was someone there that night, and whoever it was... Was playing hide and seek with us. ( Courtesy: yourghoststories)

HOUSEMATE

There was this one night when I couldn't sleep. I was browsing the internet and decided to turn it off around 2am. For me it was still too early so I decided to go to the living room where I usually sleep. That living room can be converted into a bedroom. There are six people in our house. All five sleep upstairs while I sleep downstairs. I closed the sliding door and switched off the remaining lights. Darkness filled the whole house. Lying on my bed, I turned on my phone. It was 3am. I was watching a Korean gag show when I heard some footsteps on the stairs. I saw a shadow going down. From where I was located, you can see whosoever will go or down from their hips down to their feet because of the transparent glass wall. I suddenly stopped and pretended to sleep. I knew it was my grandmother because she usually walks slowly. I was afraid that I might be scolded again for staying up late. I slightly opened my eyes and noticed that shadow walked really slowly. I heard the bathroom's door open. Crossed eyebrows, I wasn't able to move and a lot of questions were going through my mind, "why doesn't she turn on the lights? Why did my brother\'s cousin let her go downstairs alone?" I couldn't wait any longer and I turned on the lights. I called her, "grandma? No one answered. I decided to go outside the living room and I couldn't see anyone there. The dining area was empty as was the bathroom. Puzzled by the thought of that shadow, I went back to bed thinking this time it was for real.

The next morning, I kiddingly told my aunt about the shadow I saw last night and I told her it's an old person [I just felt it, I just knew it is an old person, I don't know why]. My aunt was not laughing at all but she looked surprised. She then told me that her husband's father stayed in the room across our bedroom upstairs when he was ill and died in the hospital after leaving that room. He was 86 years old when he died. She even told me that our maid told her that there was this old man roaming around our house. I couldn't explain what I was feeling at that time. In addition to that, the stairs are between those rooms. (Courtesy: yourghoststories)

THE BALD LADY

Image From Google

I was around the age of twelve. My mother was quite protective of me and would always prefer for me to leave the door to my bedroom open so that if I was ill during the night or needed anything she could hear me calling, this was never a problem... Until one night.

On this night I suddenly woke and realised I was drenched in sweat I was laying on my back and my blankets were pulled right up to my neck, I felt a strange feeling and my blankets felt incredibly heavy I went to sit up but I could not move an inch the only thing I could move was my eyes. Instinctively I tried to yell out to mum but I could not make a single sound and that's when I noticed I was being watched.

I could see out of my open bedroom door and into the hallway where we had an old wooden cupboard used for linen against a wall, next to that was the doorway to the kitchen and standing next to the cupboard and the doorway was the ghostly figure of a woman.

The first thing I noticed is that she was well above the average height for a woman, she was very thin and her head was bald. The strange woman was a bright white light although somehow I could see these features clearly, as well as determine her age I would have said mid to late 40's in age.
She was wearing very loose fitting clothes most like pyjamas. I could not make out many facial features except her eyes which disturbed me most of all. They were tiny black dots and they were looking straight at me I could feel them. I could not look away and I could not close my eyes at this point and the sweat was pouring of my face and running down my neck.

She stood there and did not move, and I started to feel like she was watching me as a parent may watch their child play in the park. I sensed that she was enjoying watching me. I'm not sure how long this lasted but I know I didn't blink the entire time.

Eventually I noticed her fading very slowly and then she faded to nothing and the area she was standing was now back to pitch black as well as my bedroom. I could move again and I was soaked from sweat but I was still a bit cautious to get out of bed and I must have just passed out from there.
I'm now 23 years old and since that night I never ever sleep with my bedroom door open and if anyone asks why I tell them this story and they soon understand. (Courtesy: yourghoststories)
